IMPORTANT NOTICE: Banking System Service Disruption update 9/18 2:00 PM
IMPORTANT NOTICE: System Service Disruption
As the City of Firsts Community Federal Credit Union team works with Sharetec to restore services as quickly as possible, please review how this affects your services right now:
Digital Banking - Our mobile app and access to online banking portals are temporarily not available
Debit Cards - Debit cards are functioning in offline mode. Debit-card purchases are available for up to $300 per day, subject to available balances and card-network limitations
Credit Cards - Credit Cards are not dependent on Sharetec and should be functioning normally.
ATM Withdrawals - Just like debit card transactions, ATM withdrawals will work, but the ATM network only has access to your last known balance prior to the outage up to $300 per day. Balance inquiries are not functional, and withdrawal receipts will not show a remaining balance.
Branch - Our teller staff is utilizing offline processing procedures to assist members with basic cash deposits and withdrawals, however without access to our banking system transaction amounts (particularly withdrawals) are limited.
Direct Deposit and other Electronic Transactions - All electronic transactions (including payroll direct deposits) are being held and will be posted automatically once system connectivity is restored.
