OPEN POSITIONS

We are looking for an upbeat, friendly person to add to our team. Willing to work full-time at an hourly pay rate of $19.50. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with prospective and current members, representing our credit union positively and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly, professional, confidential and effective assistance to members and other Credit Union employees, assuring a positive member experience.

• Research, troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries regarding policies, practices and products.

• Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and refer new services or products, that will benefit the member’s financial life.

• Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions as well as maintain accurate transactional records.

• Adhere to operational controls and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of member and credit union assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to accurately count money.

• Proficient in using computer systems for transaction processing and account management.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
