The Operations Manager is responsible for assisting and supporting the President/CEO in the overall operations of the credit union. He/She will post transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records. City of Firsts Community FCU is looking for energetic, flexible, and service-oriented individuals for the following position. The Department functions consist of EFT processing, including ACH (Automated Clearing House), ACH Stop Payments, and other back office-related duties. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, processing ACH files and transactions, posting exception items, and returning ACH balancing. The ACH EFT specialist is responsible for assisting members over the phone. Additional responsibilities include handling multiple exception reports, research, adjustments, and General Ledger reconciliations. This position also provides support for identifying and responding to fraud-related activities.
