Customer Service / Teller
We are looking for an upbeat, friendly person to add to our team. Willing to work part-time or full-time at an hourly pay rate of $19.50. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with prospective and current members, representing our credit union positively and professionally.
Responsibilities
Provides friendly, professional, confidential, and effective assistance to members and other Credit Union employees, assuring a positive member experience.
Research, troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries regarding policies, practices and products.
Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and refer new services or products, that will benefit the member’s financial life.
Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions as well as maintain accurate transactional records.
Adhere to operational controls and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of member and credit union assets.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to accurately count money.
Proficient in using computer systems for transaction processing and account management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
