needed is:

1. Credit Union Routing/Transit Number: 274974700

2. Your account number: _____________for the specific account you designate.

The account number for your REGULAR SAVINGS ACCOUNT, and your CHECKING ACCOUNT are the same.

You will also need to specify to the company if you would like the withdrawal to come from savings or checking. For example (if they submit a withdrawal from a checking account and you only have a savings account with us, the withdrawal will be returned "CLOSED ACCOUNT")
